At NIA NUTRITION, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:
• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (if applicable)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Carrier issues
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Customs delays
• High-volume shipping periods

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability may vary by country.

Customers are responsible for:
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT fees
• Any additional charges imposed by their local government

NIA NUTRITION is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

NIA NUTRITION is not responsible for:
• Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
• Delays caused by incomplete shipping information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, NIA NUTRITION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please:
1. Check with neighbors or household members
2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
3. Reach out to us for assistance

We will do our best to help resolve shipping issues whenever possible.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
